This is a Geroux Family Christmas morning tradition that is good for any breakfast or as we like it “breakfast for dinner.” This was my mother in law Sue Geroux’s contribution to the Mund’s Park Community Church cook book that Jason’s Grammy Pinch gave to us for our wedding. I LOVE these kinds of cook books and this particular one is especially cherished. I look forward to sharing many more recipes from it with you in this blog
