Well we have nearly survived Fall Break here at the Geroux household-We did nothing fun and did not travel as I still had school and Jas still had work. For those not in the Phoenix area, our public schools take a week (or 2 depending on your school district) off each October as fall break- sort of the evil cousin of spring break if you will. My boys get a week and 1 day off as our district puts a teacher in-service/planning day on the Monday following Fall break so as to extend the vacation. So one more full day off then back into the swing of things- only to then get 2 half days for parent teacher conferences on Wednesday and Thursday…At any rate- meal planning has been something I have been inconsistent with (to say the least) the last few months- mostly because I have not been posting my plans on here. So thought I would try to get back into the habit of posting my plans to see if it holds me a bit more accountable.
So without further hoopla here is what we will be having for dinners this week and lunch and dinner next weekend (Jas and I do left overs or soup/ sammies for lunches during the week and the boys always take lunch to school so I just post our weekly dinners):
Monday- Dinner with mom and dad at Old Spaghetti Factory- Jason’s parents heard of a deal going on over at the Old Spaghetti Factory and invited us to join them and this was the only night it worked with everyone’s schedules
